 Review highlig:

"......Things Can Turn" is a strong first track with a brooding atmosphere and laid back keys and vocals. Bruins has a very nice voice ideally suited to the band's laid back style. "Borderline" is a nice slice of melodic progressive rock with fine background keyboards and excellent acoustic and electric guitar. The opening playground sounds of "Schooldays" invokes memories of days gone by and the gentle acoustic guitar and lush sounding string synths makes this one of the album's most melodic moments. The pretty melodies continue in "Same", featuring electric lead guitar over a bed of keyboards and the next two tracks, "Politics" and "Under My Skin" recall Blackfield, with the latter boasting wonderful harmonies reminiscent of The Beatles...."

"The Dutch duo Taurus & Pisces delivered a wondrously beautiful debut CD called ‘Inertia’.
Imagine Steven Wilson putting more effort in song writing with the atmosphere focussed No-Man and less boiling down the Blackfield songs, then somewhere in the middle you would find the music by Taurus (Peter Everts) & Pisces (Gert Bruins).
‘Inertia’ is a self organized product pointing out once more the collective deafness of major label talent scouts."

"Progrock in the Netherlands is alive!! Recent albums of The Aurora Project, Cirrha Niva, Guilt Machine, Mangrove and Taurus & Pisces show that the average quality of Dutch progrock still rises...."
Muziekkrant Oor  (The Netherlands)

"...they don't hesitate to adventure themselves into a beautiful musical orchestration, creating amazing arrangements, demonstrating a special musical sensibility, obviously they have enough musical experience and talent to produce an incredible musical sounding.....
....a brilliant and indispensable work, higly recommendable...."
